Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 per year
A bit about us:We are looking for an Estimator for our DC office with experience in general commercial construction or large industrial projects. Experience should be estimating projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations. Job Details- 5+ years of experience
- Well versed in estimating multiple divisions
- Experience working within a team
- Self starter, motivated
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
- Work along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
